There is beauty in simplicity. Our small Black Forest Cake is crafted with a light chocolate sponge, delicately layered with freshly whipped cream and Maraschino cherries. The cake is finished with generous shavings of dark chocolate along the top and sides, creating a timeless and refined presentation.
This 5-inch round cake serves 2–4 people and is lightly infused with cherry brandy in its soaking syrup, adding a subtle depth of flavor.
Due to its delicate nature, the cake has a shelf life of two days when refrigerated and cannot be frozen.
