SHIPPING & REFUNDS

Our first priority is that our customers receive their chocolates in pristine condition. We ship FedEx 2-Day or Overnight Monday - Thursday within the United States and Monday - Friday within the San Francisco Bay Area. In the summer, we ship FedEx Overnight to all destinations with day temperatures above 75 degrees F.  We do not ship during heat waves in order to preserve the quality of our chocolate. If you would like to pick up in store instead of shipping, please send us a note for your preferred date. Pickup is possible daily at our Palo Alto shop and Friday to Saturday at our Half Moon Bay shop. Please allow at least three days for manufacturing.

We use Real Time Shipping (RTS) to calculate all ship rates. Your rate is determined by FedEx and is based on your order's weight, number of boxes, and shipping address.
