SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Our first priority is that our customers receive their chocolates in pristine condition. We ship USPS Priority Monday - Wednesday within the United States and Monday - Thursday within the San Francisco Bay Area. In the Summer, we ship USPS Priority within the San Francisco Bay Area and USPS Priority-Express to all destinations with day temperatures above 72 degrees F. We do not ship during heat waves in order to preserve the quality of our chocolate. If you would like to pick up in store instead of shipping, please send us a note for your preferred date. Pickup is possible Thursday through Sunday during regular business hours. Please allow at least three days for manufacturing. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Update March 2020/Covid-19 Crisis: Our store in Half Moon Bay is currently only open for pick-up orders on Friday and Saturday. If you order pastries and chocolates for pick-up at the store, they will be ready the next business day, which is currently only Friday and Saturday. Most baked items are only available on Saturdays. Please check our information in the online store. This does not affect chocolates and confections that will be shipped. We still do our best to ship all online orders within three days.
We use Real Time Shipping (RTS) to calculate all ship rates. Your rate is determined by USPS and is based on your order's weight, number of boxes, and shipping address.
Unfortunately, chocolates that have been purchased cannot be returned.
