Frequently asked questions
We use Real Time Shipping (RTS) to calculate all ship rates. Your rate is determined by USPS and is based on your order's weight, number of boxes, and shipping address.
Tracking a Shipment
When your order ships, you will receive an email including your tracking number from USPS. You can also track the shipment on your account under 'My Orders'.
When placing an order, please double-check the recipient's address. We regret that we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
We guarantee that our products leave our facility in peak condition and do our best to ensure that they arrive the same way (adding foil pouches and ice packs during hot weather). Please notify the recipient when their package will arrive as unattended items may get damaged from heat or other causes. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for damages caused by weather, mechanical failures, or other acts beyond our control.
All products are made using the same machinery and may contain traces of soy, dairy, eggs, and nuts. For detailed information about possible allergens, please double-check the ingredient label on your product of choice.
